What was revealed about the lawsuit is also highly damaging to him, though.

Normally so, but these Cedarites and Lloyd-adjacent people who love his videos are conditioned to believe there are a lot of fake stories about him planted. The comments on the M&K video showed a lot of that with several questioning what evidence was just placed in front of them. For some of these people, you need the dismissal for them to believe and they will get it. And there are some who would continue to pledge if Jabba the Hutt filmed himself devouring the burger joints of Zagreb.

I believe these two things happened:

Lloyd posts these “I am under attack!” videos which solidifies support and in this case resulted in a minor bump.
Many people saw a sinking ship with Tibor leaving, Lloyd obviously unstable and thus quit patronage.

The people leaving outnumbered the people joining. As a result, the -24 he suffered in the last two weeks of September was mitigated somewhat by people joining. But not enough to reverse the trend. The video did him more damage than good.

As for the court news and the future of the LE channel, the reality of what is about to happen has yet to sink in. Two half assed videos a week is going to reduce traffic there and contribute to the continued loss of support.

It’s a little bit too soon to fully gauge what just happened and the correlation with his financial support.

and finally his court case lawsuit was expose all over social media ?

The court case news was a late arrival toward the end of day on the 29th. It likely didn’t affect anything. The real news is when the case gets dismissed. That’s what will make a difference if any.

Sept was an odd month due to a mini-begging bounce because of the banner. He gained like 13 patrons overnight. It’s also likely that he got something of a pity bounce when he announced he was being attacked and had to close up his company. We didn’t see it because more were leaving than entering.
The trend is still downward and on track to go below 400 by the end of the year. That’s what we had been predicting here all along.

To kill your kids is pretty out there. I also don't think he'd kill himself.

I wasn’t suggesting he’d kill his kids, only that he’d involve them somehow in it - such as calling and saying goodbye and frequently mentioning them in a suicide note.

He alluded to a near suicide when he said that exJW activism “nearly killed me”. How true that is could be anyone’s guess but he’s already weaponised the fact he could be gone and it will be all of our fault.

But I take Simon’s point about how this ends. He won’t work and if this grift dwindles down to a solitary life in Zagreb where he’s struggling, there is no clear way out of this and he’s stuck at an advanced age making videos and writing books no one reads for peanuts.

So how does it end? I wouldn't be surprised if I opened the internet one day and read he's overdosed or blown his brains out.

He won’t go quietly and without notice. If it ever comes to that he’ll involve his kids in it someway and have a Hitleresque last statement blaming everyone for his demise.

It’s always been his M.O. to pull down the community with him if he can’t dominate it. And you are right - he’s going to have a hell of a time finding a donor base that is anywhere near the exJW one that is conditioned to direct all their loyalties to one source. I suspect he’ll continue with as little exJW content as he can get away with in order to keep those donors, primarily voicemails where he just gives his advice. He’ll be dismayed that his JW voicemail video has double or triple the views of his Hare Krishna one.

I can't see his improv career going anywhere.

It was bad. It was him and this British guy named Andy and apparently his open mic gig is going about as well as his exJW one. He went to great lengths to say that more will be involved next time but tonight is was only him and Andy (who was also the one making most of the noises and cheers in the back). About 8 - 10 people there, with about half of that being his group of friends who did all the cheering.

Him and Andy rotated sets, Lloyd bringing out his classics “You made me misbehave” (he made sure the audience knew it was from his JW days and thus nothing to do with Dijana).

Three new ones, the first with lines like:

“Girl you should see me run because I’m shooting for the sun”

This was his breakup song he related as he wrote this after moving to Zagreb after a “break-up” - probably the most firm he’s even been about the status of his marriage. He previously labelled it as a trial separation.

Second one was about depression.

“ I’m only here because of the pills

I may start joking but I won’t be hilarious

Ask how I’m doing but don’t be too curious

If you can’t handle it then move along move along”

His unbalanced scat singing during the chorus made this song unlistenable. He also has a hard time hitting the high notes and at least one song was written in the wrong key due to his limited vocal range.

After bragging about how they are Zagreb’s “Number One” for musicians because they write their own songs, he starts into a new song:

“There’s emptiness between us. I’ve seen the very worst of you and I don’t like what I see.”

He got even more cocky and obnoxious after this, saying:

“This is a Catholic country and I’ve just disrespected the National religion which is (makes the devil sign) rock and roll.”

He claims he’s producing the last song on Spotify, says it is the best song he’s written (I’ll be your Guinea pig) and addressed to a potential love (if you take a chance on me I’ll be your Guinea pig).

oh and he had stickers to advertise the open mic event and asked the 8 people there to take some to help him advertise.

Open question:

If Novosel went to the court in November and made a motion to expedite, what exactly was he expediting? He had to have known that no evidence was filed and the defendants were not contacted in English and informed of their rights per Croatian law. Proof of service would be required by the court in order to proceed, right?

I understand that lawyers, especially in emotionally charged cases like these are often pressured by their clients to do stupid things and Lloyd himself admitted to placing this pressure on his “legal team”.

This is where the Croatian code of conduct for whatever bar association Novosel belongs to applies. It a lawyer is asked by his client to proceed in a way that would only hurt the case, he is bound by the code of conduct and basic professionalism to withdraw as counsel if his client insists on this course of action.

Novosel should have informed Lloyd that he would not push for expedition unless the evidence was supplied and defendants served, payable by Lloyd.

It’s likely one of these three:

Lloyd had intended to translate and file the “evidence” as he stated, but backed out because he was quoted prices he did not want to pay.
Lloyd never intended to file the evidence as required.
Lloyd is a retard.

Either way, he sat on a dead case and came up with age-old excuses about bureaucracy, fundraised off the “defamation” and called innocent people criminals in the hope it would stagnate in the court system for years. He even prepared his followers for this eventuality.

He’s not used to being called out on things and it shows. When he is called out, he cowers and claims he’s the victim.

EDITED to add: I think too highly of the mentally challenged to ever directly compare them to Lloyd Evans. Apologies for language but it’s the best way I can express what just happened here.

…had just started filming on the Sunday Morning convention rebuttal, fully planning to finish convention season and get up to speed with all the JW Broadcasting rebuttals including August.

Translation: He hasn’t even started.

From that breakneck momentum I'm now at a standstill! As heartbreaking as it is to be stopping under these circumstances

My plan is to use the extra time to go back to my writing and finally get the Second Edition of The Reluctant Apostate finished (in both English and German) before moving on to adding more books to my body of work

The “Aftermath” and all the damage it did to him, with an detailed account of how he almost killed himself (hinted at in the video about how exJW activism did nearly this)

Would be an absolute shame if the second version of TRA were made into a free PDF like the first one.

PS - My money is on him going back and changing the MTS lunch room “girls” to “women”.
